What do you think is a good time for a ten year old to go to bed? As of now he goes to bed at 8:30pm.He is also an early riser, about 6:00am. Is 8:30pm to early for a 10 yr old? 1 mum_of_5

I think 9:30 would be better. But it depends on how long it takes for the child to get to sleep. 2 lululemon
