hi merge, its a serious disease, you should have it checked out. don't ignore it before its too late. but there is still hope even after it. There are ways out there to getting pregnant and there also the surrogacy option if you will be unable to carry on your own. check this clinic out "BioTexCom" they also help in counselling 2 rubynorris

Yes, it's true. You have to go to a doctor as soon as possible. Since pelvic infections represent a major problem in gynecology and obstetrics, since they sometimes produce severe pictures that can compromise a woman's life, cause sterility or diminish her ability to reproduce. The treatment of PID is antibiotic therapy. Your doctor may prescribe a combination of antibiotics for you to start treatment right away. When you receive lab results, your doctor will make an adjustment to the medications you are taking, to leave those that are best for combating the infection. Usually the doctor will ask you to see him in three days, to make sure the treatment is working. Be sure to follow the recipe as it was ordered even if you feel better after a few days of treatment. It is also advisable to perform fertility tests after treatment. 6 nickalawad

Hello. PID is basically an inflammation of your reproductive organs. It is not surprising that it can affect fertility. Especially if left untreated. I would urge you to visit a specialist at the earliest. The sooner you fix this, the better. Good luck! 8 Zion

Hi Wisemarge. I think you should not ignore if you are suffering from it. It is something that you should be worried about. It is possible that it would cause infertility if left untreated. It can be cured through antibiotic therapy. Are you suffering from lower belly pain? Lower belly pain is one of the symptoms of it. 9 Katherine

The pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) causes an infection in a woman's reproductive organs. It's important that you check with your doctor immediately and get the appropriate treatment as soon as you can. PID can also cause scar tissues in the pelvic region. This can in most of the cases lead to infertility issues. Sometimes, it can also lead to ectopic pregnancy. Visit the clinic hon and take necessary care of yourself. Wishing you good luck! 10 Eliza

Yes, it is very true. PID if left untreated will lead to a woman's inability to conceive a child. It is always advisable to get in touch with your physician/doctor and see what they suggest. Infertility is just one of the many big problems that PID can lead to. Others may include severe pain in the lower abdomen and ectopic pregnancy. 11 Elizabeth
