I and my husband also agreed on the water birth once and never regret. I gave a birth to 2 babies already this way. They are perfectly healthy, and both times it went smoothly. It is much better for a baby to get to the environment he used to be in - the water. It is recomended now by a lot of professionals around the world, but please, make sure to get the proper help. DO NOT do that all my yourself, it might go wrong way. I am sure you do not want to harm a baby, so even though you might feel confident about it, get the help. I do not want to scary you, but there were so many bad cases when parents have done it by themselves with no profound knowledge.. Ofc, it is much safer with the professional people around. The first day of a baby here should go smoothly and in safe environment. 5 julieloran

hi The relaxing effect of water, with its support and warmth, can help you through your labour. The soothing sensation will help you to relax, which in turn will help your labour to progress. Being immersed in water can help you to simply go with your contractions, especially once you’re in active labour. 7 nelida hafley

Hi dear. I had both boys in the birthing pool - no regrets at all - fantastic experience. Can't think of any tips – sorry as the full process was under the expert supervision of doctors from BioTexCom clinic in Ukraine. Trust me they were awesome. 8 Deepika

Mothers report that the warm water helps to ease the pain of contractions and that having a water birth makes you feel more relaxed and comfortable which results in calmer breathing rhythm. Studies have shown that the use of water as pain relief during labour has been found to reduce the need for epidurals as pain relief. 9 Neha5

hey there i would advice anyone to go through waterbirth. The relaxing effect of water, with its support and warmth, can help you through your labour. The soothing sensation will help you to relax, which in turn will help your labour to progress. Being immersed in water can help you to simply go with your contractions, especially once you’re in active labour. Being relaxed also helps you to breathe calmly. It means you're less likely to take short, shallow breaths, which can make the pain of contractions worse. so i think anyone should try it.Good luck! 10 debbie brown

Water has got to be one of the best things in the world. The sight of water is calming to many people. Just think of a shower after a long day. It suddenly feels like you are all refreshed. A water birth works in the same way. It calms down your muscles. This helps with the contractions. And also helps speed up the process. 11 orreffaddapo
