you can try mixing up your diet change to eating a little bit more proteins like beans and nuts and not meat. foods high in fat like dairy products,a glass of milk isn't bad. And don't forget your vitamins to add iron and multivitamins containing folic acid. they are said to increase a girl ovulation, it wouldn't hurt to try.... 3 wisemarge

hi. you are so young that if I vere you I wouldn't worry much. at this age you need to consult with a doctor only if you were trying for a year and no go. girls are right, diet could help. make an ovulation test to see when you probably could conceive. if in a year you still have problems, then you need to talk to your gp or obgyn, undergo medical examinations and check your hormone levels. It takes me years to get pregnant and still nothing. I'm going through lots of IVF cycles but I'm twice older than you. Luck x 4 yamamma

hey, wish i was that young. too much of something is exhausting. from the little that i know i think you should tell him to hold off alittle. I had that question a while back , we thought it was the cause of our infertility but it was not so. he should just hold off sex abit to increase his sperm count. if it doesn't change you can visit a fertility clinic and get checked up. you can try BioTexCom they are the best so far 5 rubynorris

just hold off on the sex to increase his sperm count but never give up on trying. if it wont help, then , biotexcom is a good place to start , they offer the best counselling and treatments 6 ankekuester92

You guys have to refrain from having sex to increase his sperm count. If that does not help, then you have to consult a fertility specialist. Sarah 8 Sarah23456

And what did you think? It's not a game! For all our sins we will be punished. Therefore, draw conclusions. Maybe you should change your attitude to life? Or maybe just settle down? I do not blame you, but I recommend to find a better way of life. Good luck and I wish you all the best! 9 alexxas

A good place to start would be to see a Doctor ascertain all is well with your health. Not the amount of sex that matters much as fertility levels and also sperm quality. As someone said, perhaps you could try keeping away for some time and try again after that. Not that there's anything wrong with too much sex, only for the purpose of trying for a baby. At times there's nothing wrong when one does not conceive soon enough. Might be you are too anxious to have a little one, right? 10 dingie

Hello there! Oh, I wish I were so young! I have read your comment and you should try to change your diet. Also, stop having sex to increase the number of sperm in your husband. If this does not work, go to a clinic. they will practice you and your husband some tests. you are young and it is too soon. So stay calm and relax. hugs and kisses Xx 11 emiraven1

Hi. Have you ever gone to a fertility clinic? You're young so stay calm. Do not push yourself too much. I recommend that you do fertility tests. You must take your husband, too. It is not bad to have relationships (although many say that everything in excess is bad). Talk to your husband about it. Try to be as delicate as possible when you talk about it. Some men are quite sensitive if fertility is treated. Also try to have both of you have a healthy diet. Eat vegetables, seafood and stuff. It is important to relax. A lot of tension is a repellent to have babies. It's a thing of you two. So try to always count on your support. Good luck. 12 nickalawad

Hi. I'm very sorry for what you're going through. Have you thought about using surrogacy? It is a very good option. Ask your doctor about it. There are still hundreds of options for being a mom. I wish you the best and much good luck. 13 leoshel

Hello girl. I am a new user here. This shouldn't be a problem for you though. I have been facing infertility for a while now. So you can trust my advice. At first the same thing happened to me. Come to think of it... Theres no such thing as too much sex :D... At least not with the same partner. Anyways back on track. What I would advice you do is visit a doctor. They can tell for sure what is going on. You don't have to be shy or afraid... They see these things every day. So worry not and visit a doctor. If the worst happens and turns out that youre infertile. Do not worry. There is always hope. Wish you the best in the world. Keep your head up. 14 toddlerlover

Hi There I would suggest , first of all to not worry. We need to be happy to have new things in life. There are various options available with us if God does not allow us to have a baby. But i would recommend you to stay calm and see if you can get pregnant naturally. This would be the best thing to have. If not, you may consider surrogacy. 15 Neha5

Hi, garciad Actually, I don’t exactly understand you by saying “hitched”. But if you mean you have a blocked tube, that means you have one open tube. You may be pregnant with some infertility drugs. The best thing is visiting a famous clinic. 16 karen

Hello dear. I hope you are good enough. Hmm, well I guess you're still very young dear. 19 years old, you still have plenty of time to try. Your chances of becoming pregnant are still very large. Try to consult a doctor. Doctors know better. You may be advised to do some things. Can also doctor will give you some vitamins. You can find out your fertility problems and your husband. I also agree with some people here. Do diet. Healthy foods can help for the system in the body to be better. Don't forget also to do sports. Oh yes, do not smoke and drink alcohol. I hope this helps you a little. Good luck 17 brylia39
